My Journey to Pizza
My cooking journey began back in 2017, when I first stepped into a kitchen and discovered a passion that would shape my life. Over the years, I worked my way through the industry—starting from the basics, then growing into roles as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and eventually a Head Chef.

But the moment that truly changed everything was when I fell in love with making pizzas. There was something special about the craft—the dough, the fire, the ingredients, the joy of creating something simple but unforgettable.
I started hosting small pizza nights for friends and family, firing up pizzas just for fun. Those gatherings slowly grew into something bigger. People loved the food, the experience, and the feeling of togetherness. That's when the idea for Mannys Pizza was born.
